Each container is a physical, insured unit. Your investment maps to specific containers at specific locations - you can visit them any day, not watch a ticker.
€5,000 per unit
One container costs about €5,000 to buy and convert. The minimum investment of €10,000 finances 2 units - a clear, countable stake.
Built to last
Corten-steel containers have a 25+ year service life and near-zero maintenance. No tenants to renovate after, no boilers to replace.
Relocatable by design
If a location underperforms, containers are moved to a stronger one within weeks. The asset follows demand - utilization stays protected.

Leave your contacts below. We send the investor deck, the draft agreement and the list of locations open for financing.

A loan agreement
You sign a loan agreement with the Boxrent company in the country where your containers will stand. We agree that country with you beforehand - on a larger investment it can be more than one.

We deploy the containers
Your containers are converted, installed and rented out at Boxrent locations. We handle operations, marketing and maintenance.

60 days while we build
Buying, converting and installing a container takes time, and an empty container earns nothing. For the first 60 days no interest accrues - we do not pay you out of money the units have not made yet.

You receive 12% a year
Interest starts on day 61 and is paid monthly to your bank account - each month paid out in the one that follows it. Your principal is returned at the end of the 5+ year term.
What your capital earns
Example calculation at the fixed 12% annual rate. The rate, payout schedule and term are fixed in the agreement and do not depend on occupancy.

Storage containers are not a deposit and not the stock market. It is worth knowing which of the two you were looking for.
It suits you if
- You want an alternative to a rental flat - a physical asset, with no tenants, no renovations and no mortgage.
- You want a fixed, predictable return rather than a market you have to keep watching.
- You can leave the capital in place for 5+ years and take the interest monthly as passive income.
- You want to see what you own - the containers stand at addresses you can drive to.
It does not suit you if
- You may need the money back at short notice. This is not a deposit and there is no instant exit.
- You are after stock-market upside. The return is capped at 12% by the agreement, in both directions.
- You want to run the operation yourself. Filling the units, pricing and maintenance are ours - and so is the operational risk.
The people who pay the rent
Your return is paid out of what customers pay every month. These are the people who pay it.
Labai patiko konteinerio nuomos paslaugą. Dariau remontą bute ir reikėjo kažkur palaikyti baldus, pasisekė kad boxrent sandėliukas buvo vos 800 metrų nuo buto. Patogi lokaciją, puiki komunikaciją telefonų su vadybininku. Vartai atidaromi iš boxrent programėlės telefone, sandėliukas buvo pasiekiamas 24/7. Sandėliukas buvo sausas, švarus, galima buvo su mašina privažiuoti iki pat durų ir patogiau iškrauti daiktus. Rekomenduoju!
Puiki Boxrent nuomos patirtis. Labai patogu, kad naudojamas kodinis užraktas. Didelis privalumas, jog prieiga prie sandėliuko yra bet kuriuo metu, tad galima atvykti tada, kada reikia. Viskas paprasta, saugu ir patogu naudotis. Rekomenduoju!

Брала в аренду маленький бокс (их два размера: чуть меньше и чуть больше). На фото - чуть больший, в высоту примерно 1,30-1,40. Периметр 1×1м². Места хватало. Хранила вещи (в основном одежда) 3 месяца, всё в порядке. Боксы на охране. Удобно, что боксы есть в разных локациях. Единственное, о чем нужно позаботиться для аренды бокса ‐ это навесной замок.
